In short: we support refunds. Refunds can be issued either in money or words equivalent. If the text was detected as AI text, we can give you words of equivalent value. If you are not satisfied, we will refund you.

If you purchased your credits through a one-time payment, the credits will never expire. If it was purchased through a subscription, the credit amount is provided on a monthly basis and the number of credits is updated with each subscription renewal, with any unused credits from the previous month being zeroed out.
